You can get the p/t fro a simple White, the ability is way too expensive and limited to seriously use, AND it requires a specific multicolor deck. I think i will pass.

If she could pump white creatures too she would be better, only being able to pump Green or Blue severely restricts her usefulness.

Completely boring flavor text. White is the color that tends to have the most bland flavor text, and this is part of a cycle with even blander flavor text!
