See, this is why Blue dominates Legacy and Vintage. They've got this, Timetwister, AND Ancestral Recall--The only three cards from the Power Nine that aren't colourless artifacts.

The best thing about playing this card is the demoralizing effect and downright suicidal look on your opponent's face when you cast it, regrowth it, cast it again, play timetwister, demonic tutor for it, play it again, regrowth it again, play it again....and it's even more fun if they still think they have a chance. Entertainment at its best in this game!! 5/5!!
