I like Time Walk because I think that, as a standalone, it is the most clearly broken of the Power Nine. Black Lotus is obviously the best overall, but even that can't do anything on its own. It must synergize with the power of other cards (such as the oft-referenced Channel and Fireball combo).
Time Walk, even if not quite the greatest, is singularly and distinctly overpowered of its own accord, and with the power of cards today, even an amatuer player can recognize this glaring balance issue at first glance. It truly is testament to how casual of a game Magic was originally intended to be.

Possibly the oldest card to have retained its rules text as the same as its oracle text excluding cards with no abilities and cards with only keyword abilities.
