This card would be better at 4W, as a 3/4 or as an uncommon.

...why did the change the flavour text? The original version at least mentioned why the arrows were fletched like so. It improved accuracy. Naturally, this makes it a good idea. They're a clever bunch, those Urza's block archers.
Then these dopes come along. "They fletch their arrows with the feathers of angels." They also braid their scraggly beards and get lip piercings and make digeridoos out of PVC pipes. Yes, as of 7th edition, they are a band of dirty, no-good hippies who desecrate dead angels because they think it makes them cool. Without that note on accuracy, we have to come up with all of the conclusions by ourselves. Shame.

Agreed, that flavour doesn't seem very {W}.. (are they recycling dead angel feathers? That would seems more {B}{G} than anything.. or are they hunting angels..? That just doesn't seem white at all.
As for the mechanics of the card itself, instead of playing this, for {5}{W} you could instead get:
Mirror-Sigil Sergeant which can be devastating in the right deck.
Auratouched Mage, just run it with Eldrazi Con***ion and you have a 13/13 with trample and annihilator 2.
Noble Templar with 3 more toughness and vigilance, also has plainscycling.
Not to mention the swarm of better creature that have more {W} colour commitment, such as the often mentioned Baneslayer Angel
There are just better cards out there, the {T} ability is limited at best.
