No actually, it is a pretty bad card. Costs a lot of mana to use and dies to disenchant spells and black can't reanimate enchantments back.

Anyway, the "tapping enchantment" mechanic seems kind of wasted here. You'd have to have 4BlackBlack and two damaged creatures for it to matter.

The card has relative combo potential with pingers, but the note worthy part about this card is the fact that it's an enchantment with an activated ability which requires tapping it, which is pretty rare. This is why I love Future Sight, innovation at it's finest.
