A 2/2 with flying costs 2U, and is powerful. This guy costs 1 more and can potentially give you a large tempo boost. I'd say he's worth playing.

Bounce is a relatively weak form of removal generally because it is temporary and thus leads to card disadvantage. However it normally makes up for this in its flexibility, a large part of which is timing compared to, say, white's current removal (conditional like Condemn or sorcery-speed like Oblivion Ring). I'd say losing that element makes this card not worth playing.

I rather like Riftwing Cloudskate better. It only returns one when it comes into play, but it can be any permanent, not just creatures.
