Reference to Ramos on a timeshifted Future Sight card? Maybe in the future a set will take us back to Mercadia??
I'd be all for it.

For my liking, they where a bit overcautious here, regarding the mana cost and activation cost. I understand that repeated rebel recursion from the graveyard can be powerful, but you need and a turn for the first card you get.

With Lin Sivvi, this card is more expensive and less versatile in comparison. Perhaps there will be more cards in the future that aid this one (it's Future Sight, after all).

Complicated infinite mana combos, part whatever: This card, another Rebel (or Changeling) in the graveyard, three Training Grounds (as lorendorky mentions), Ashnod's Altar and the perennial favorite, Intruder Alarm.

I'm a fan of any reusable ressurection. Expensive, but the ability to drag back a bunch of my creatures or Bound in Silence is pretty handy. Especially with any of the Rebels that sac to run their effect.

With ashes of the fallen it suddenly becomes much better. Or with conspiracy

Rebel from grave to play at
1CMC, Sivvi 4, Revivalist, 6
2CMC, Sivvi 5, Revivalist, 6
3CMC, Sivvi 6, Revivalist, 6
4CMC, Sivvi 7, Revivalist, 6
5CMC, Sivvi 8, Revivalist, 6
Unless you're dealing with a 4 or 5 drop, Sivvi's the better way to go :/
