A little on the pricey side, but the two decks most likely to run it (Artifact and Green, for an Insect Tribal deck) probably won't find that too hard to resolve.
I love his card as an all-purpose blocker, particularly when it has a Gorgon Flail or Quietus Spike equipped. Flying AND First Strike AND Deathtouch AND Colourless, as and when you need them? It will kill (and survive) just about anything in the game that doesn't have Protection From Artifacts, or Progenitus - all of a sudden, 5 mana doesn't seem so bad!

On foil cards in tenth edition, all the reminder text was removed and if the card had a flavor text it would be added. Mirri, Cat Warrior has a flavor text while foiled, and Time Stop just says "End the turn" in the middle of the text box in a stylistic manner much like Day of Judgment say "Destroy all creatures" in the M11 and M12 versions.
The card here really isn't much to see though. Golem Artisan would be my first card to compete for this slot.
