Green version of Predict.
Clash made it relevant.

Either kills tutors or gives you a decent chance of drawing a card you actually want if you've got your top library card revealed (Oracle of Mul Daya in the same color) and don't like it.
Also note Ponder synergy and the effectiveness of this with Jace, the Mind Sculptor.

Zuty's Random Card of the Day #3:
Lammastide Weave is currently the ONLY green mill card; unless you count self-mill with Dredge. There's really no downside to this card:
-It mills the top card of someones deck
-There is the potential to gain life
-You draw a card
-I Temporal Spring your and then Lammastide Weave naming that card.
-I Ponder and put my Emrakul second from the top and then name it with Lammastide Weave after I draw from the Ponder.
-I Brainstorm and put Draco on the top of my deck and then name it with Lammastide Weave.
-I play Field of Dreams and name your top card with Lammastide Weave.
or
I take a stab at it and play Lammastide Weave naming Jace, the Mind Sculptor: -Cool your Jace is now gone, I gain 4 life, and draw a card.
-Dang, Jace wasn't there. Oh well, still got rid of your next card and I still get to draw.
Fairly priced. Does be... (see all)

This is pretty good for graveyard decks (threshold, reanimator, flashback, etc.)

There are counterspells and such that put cards on top of an opponents' library. I can't think of a more reliable way to use this card than that.

Green milling?
Insanity.
Would have been quite useful if more clash cards had been played.
