@Mode: While the flavor text may have been more appropriate and more literal were it applied to a creature with some power and the wither keyword, I'd say it still isn't so bad for this card. 'When' doesn't mean he hits every time, it's just a condition.. and since he's red, and has fire for hands, you could imagine someone getting burned. Flavorful enough, methinks.

I never really noticed the pants before, but now I cannot unsee them... they look so absurdly out of place! The belt in particular looks so silly. Pants Elemental for the win!
