It's worth playing only against stuff like Headless Horseman and Primordial Ooze.

This card is waaaaay underrated. It's defnintely no Path to Exile, or Swords, but this card can definitely play mind games on your opponent. Especially in a White Weenie deck that is based around early attacks getting through. Just having your opponent knowing you MIGHT have one of these in your hand can prevent him from blocking a lot of times. He doesn't want to lose that big fatty to your 2/2 kithkin or whatever. That said, this card is not bad at all. I'd recommend this one for anyone playing Lorwyn draft, or Standard, but beyond that, there are way too many other great cards that put this to shame.

Oh no, there are removal cards that are better than this! That must mean Neck Snap is completely worthless.
BULL. CRAP. White removal doesn't have to be a 1-2 cost card, and it doesn't have to be useable at all times. To be honest, I think the restriction to attacking/blocking creatures as a target fits white perfectly.
The name, however, just sounds to brutal to be a white card... it'd be a better fit in one of the Jund colors, where brutality is actually expected...

Same mana cost, same effect, but Divine Verdict has a much cooler name/flavor text.

Snap Neck? This card wasted what could've been a good and funny card by having this name. If it was better removal, I'd have the privilege of saying "I'll Snap your Kozilek's neck." and the like. Laaaame.
