I'm not sure what I'm looking at here.... the art is wierd.
This card's art reminds me of progenitus because they both could use better artwork
but i like the card
i'm using it in an edh deck

Reminds me of the legendary slivers. It costs one mana of all colors and is 5/5.

Though you can't pay alternative costs for Elementals you cast from the graveyard, you can pay additional costs. Hello, Thicket Elemental and Wolfbriar Elemental.

Also, Ashes of the Fallen lets you cast any creatures.

Even you don't have other elementals, making the last ability is useless, it's still a very solid 5/5 with 3 good abilities for 5 CMC.

A awesome EDH general. Combine it with cards like Conspiracy and big baddies and you basically destroy everything. Not to mention you have access to every color and the awesome elemental creatures. Just an all around great card.

Turn 1: Primal Beyond, reveal Flamekin Harbinger, play Flamekin Harbinger, topdeck Fusion Elemental
Turn 2: Play Plains, Play Chrome Mox imprinting Fusion Elemental, tap Primal Beyond, Plains, and Mox for Darksteel Ingot
Turn 3: Play Island, tap Plains, Island, Primal Beyond (black), Chrome Mox (red), and Darksteel Ingot (green) to play Horde of Notions!!!
