Is it just me? Or are they making it too easy to exploit lands that don't come into play tapped?So many cards add charge counters nowadays...

The quintessential blue land. Sans the Island land type, but that can be easily fixed with a cute and cuddly Stormy. Aww, but then your opponents just deal with it or die.
