It all makes sense.
The plowbeast kills himself plowing the land for your new plains or island.
Fantastic.

I don't know why but I really like this artwork, too bad that this card sucks.

3.5 because you can combo with artifact based graveyard recursion easy. I.E open the vaults

I combo it with Skeleton Shard for easy, repeatable landcycling.
Card advantage, here I come!

On the plus side, the artwork is kinda cool.

nice artwork, but the cost is too high for what you get.

Killer art! Only good in limited, though.

Terrible creature, but great for finding a Plains in a BUW artifact deck.

Not horrible... He never sees the battlefield, but I like the instant speed for searching a Mistveil Plains or a Moonring Island in my five color Cascade deck (the colorless cycling cost is revelant). In this strategy (Cascade), he also gives to me an additional trick to shuffle my library...
Very ok in a White/Blue control deck that needs a lot of mana...
Also, synergistic with Esper strategy (Sanctum Gargoyle). Nearly 3/5...
