Played with Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker and something like Mass Hysteria, this becomes a free counter every turn.

This is basically Seal of Cancel, but a creature. Good for making your opponent not want to cast spells and being able to tap out for your key high CMC drops and be able to counter theirs.

Yeah, a Cancel that has to survive being countered, killed, bounced, and in general wait a turn before it's actually useful. Just what everyone needs...

Art really makes no sense... also, who is that little gal? She's in a lot of artwork from older eras, like Flying Carpet (or some other flying one), and even looks a lot like that red bird woman.
