Not sure how well it works with Painter's Servant. You've essentially used 2 cards to make every creature -1/-1 (so 1/1's die and everything else remains the same in comparison to everything else.)

I'd say a sideboard card at best. On it's own it only affects roughly %20 of creatures in the game.
