Considering blue's power toughness to converted mana cost ratio, this card isn't bad. Espcially for a common.

i have an unreasonable love of this card, its just so abusable, useful and fun (for those of us that think slowing down the game is fun).

give it Followed Footsteps and Paradox Haze and you can clear the field relatively quickly, aaaaand get 2 4/4 creatures every turn.

@TheSwarm: The ETB effect isn't optional, so once your opponent runs out of creatures your tokens will be forced to bounce each other :p

LordRandomness, you can just have the token that enters bounce itself. Your tokens already created won't be affected. So you'll still have an army of 4/4's.
