This has always been one of my favorite cards that just go by artwork. It's just weird.

that is such a weird name. It's so specific. That sort of flavor is really nice, really immerses you into a world. It has an unusual linguistic structure, it's specific, and it has awesome and enigmatic art.

Too bad it's not a Horror anymore, because it sure looks like it.
The original printing said "Summon Evil Eye", after all.
(Some might consider the logic "Horror equals evil" prejudiced, though.)
But in my opinion, Evil Eye of Urborg and this one should have been Eye Horrors, to represent their evilness.
Because not every eye is inherently evil - most aren't evil ethically conscious beings to begin with!
...then again, it's not that I'd expect too see any good eyes anytime soon, so that distinction might be simply unnecessary. But they might to consider that errata once they print Neutral Eye of Pendrell Vale or something.
