You know, the longer that I look at this card, the more it seems to be okay. Not amazing, but better than the two stars it currently has at least. 4 mana for 4 damage that can hit a creature or player isn't terrible. I mean, there's better red burn spells out there, but there's a lot of crappier ones too. And it's an instant, which gives it a bit more flexibility over many similar damage dealing red spells. It's a solid 3-star card imo.
