A great counterspell for blue, allows to protect your combos...

Way too limited for two mana. "Blue = counter target instant spell" might not be so bad.

Par for the course for the Legends set though :o

Considering its name, it would be cool if it could counter cards with flash, also. Though I suppose that didn't exist at the time....
