Three decent-to-terrible effects on one undercosted card? This probably hoses Red something awful, but the only effect that works on non-red decks is also the worst. All in all, surprisingly good.

The "enchantments on target land are destroyed" isn't something you can do; it's just saying if you bounce a mountain, enchantments on it die. You know, the kind of thing we just let the rules handle nowadays.
