Er,.. shocked this is rated so low. I mean this is absolutely brutal in something like a low land artifact based blue deck. It leaves the enemy stuck on like 2 land. I would imagine this is pretty nasty in vintage too - you could get it turn 1 with mox and lotus - then they can't play any land, ever.

If you can deplete yourself to 0 lands quickly and efficiently your opponent will not be able to put lands into play
