I love the old wording which rants about what happens when you fail to pay the cost. Neither reminder text nor mana symbols, now that is classical oldschool magic :D
These days it's not quite what it used to be though, since there are preferable timmy finishers, but hey, look at it: An artwork with a bulky creature, quadruple-green casting and upkeep cost, 8 intimidating points of toughness and power (which you're going to take note of if you don't treat this thing right), and most of all: "Summon Force" - can it get any more timmy?

Still looks like it's wearing a Predator mask. Put it in a green white though and toss a lifelink on it, don't bother paying the upkeep, gain the life instead. Or just toss in some Circle of Protection Green's and pay 1c instead of GGGG.

This was THE power creature. Without removal in your hand all you could do was pray your opponent forgot to pay the upkeep :)
