This card is hilarious in an artifact buster deck of mine. Run this a Nim's Deathmantle and a Liquimetal coating to destroy target opponents anything every turn.

I kinda liked the creature type "townsfolk." Human rogue just kind of ruins the flavor of Keldon Vandals for me. Pretty good card for the casting cost. The echo hurts, of course, but you can always use the Vandals as an expensive Shatter and then a fairly lethal chump blocker.

Wow, this guy is actually quite the bargain. If you have some way to give creatures you control haste, an easy task with red, than this guy could be a nice little bomb.

Twice the cost of Manic Vandal, with twice the power. Not worth it, in my opinion. No, the real use for this guy is graveyard shenanigans, though a Thick-skinned Goblin deck would prefer this guy.
