True, the worst seer, but this still has a lower rating than much worse cards.Wurmskin Forger.

I have to wonder about the ruling... someone actually A: played this at a tournament, and B: used its ability to reveal 0 cards...?
Why...?
Edit: I can actually think of one use for this otherwise terrible card: someone's Masumaro, First to Live EDH deck. It's like a repeatable Inner Calm, Outer Strength. Except you have to reveal the cards. Oh well, still terrible.

So Scent of Ivy with a body. A pricey body. They kind of fixed this with Martyr of Spores. At least cost isn't an issue, anyway.

I now present the very lowest rated card in Urza's Block. Let's see why:
Horrible P/T to cost ratio:
1/1 to {3}{G} is sad. We're talking Chimney Imp level. Not to mention it costs as much as Might Of Oaks.
Low Powered Ability:
The ability has the POTENTIAL to give you +7/+7 or more. But really, who runs Card Draw Green? And why use that when you can use, oh, Giant Growth for a way more dependable boost?
Oh, and it tells your opponent what you're able to play.
Ability is overcosted:
{2}{G}? Really? And it even taps so you can't multiuse it? Hmph. Remember that's the cost of 3 Giant Growths people.
Uncommon Rarity:
Just another way to make people sigh when they open their (8 cards at the time) packs.
At least it has a usable creature type.

This would get redundant. Oh hey look at these three cards! Next turn, oh look what I have in my hand again! Next turn...
Gets worse with 2 copies out and 6 mana.
@EptiomeofEvilness
Every block has its limited garbage, but they make no impact on the game except for stinking up boosters and trashing up drafts. The block and powercreep is defined by the strongest cards, not the weakest. Wizards fails so hard on this logic.

This is, in theory, a wonderfully convoluted way to intimidate your opponent.
Opponent: "Okay, let's see your hand... hmm... Yawgmoth's Will, Dark Ritual, Demonic Tutor, Lion's Eye Diamond, Regrowth, Timetwister... oh god..."
You: "So, yeah, that's one green card in my hand, my Ivy Seer becomes a 2/2. Response?"
Opponent: *folds*
