@jamej: Because people don't rate based just on limited. Or just on any format. Some rate for art, casual, Legacy, overall power for everything (vintage), multiplayer.. flavor..... other stuff.
I agree that the flavor is alright, but there are probably at least 20 cards that are about shooting a goblin or some such out of a cannon, catapult, or similar.
