You think this wouldn't be incredibly powerful if you could activate it several times a turn? It would be a more powerful Nantuko Shade off color, geez.
Groundling isn't bad for what he offers. What does he offer? Giant Spider at a discount, that's what. This card is perfect for limited.

Sadly, this seems to be the only "groundling" card (at least the only one with "groundling" in its name). Would have been cool to see more wingless faeries.

It's also good with Momir Vig, Simic Visionary just by virtue of being a cheap hybrid creature.

I don't think you guys are entirely correct on this card. It's not strong by any means, but in relation to other faeries, it is one of two attacking faeries that have a 2 power for 2CCC. I think this card's ability is stronger than Argothian Pixies. I play it in a UG faerie stomp deck and this guy is either pumped and hitting for 3 or I am hitting with my other faeries unhindered while this guy trades. I'd give it average rating.

Is playable. In multiplayer you have with this guy an early creature to hit other players or defend against them. Later, when opponents have creatures in play of which some most likely have flying, you got a cheap pseudo flier. With rings of brighthear you can turn it into a 4/7 that can even hold of akroma and most dragons. :)
It's not great but playable.

This card is just terrible, just plain aweful. Here I will present a list of reasons as to why:
1. Abilities that can only be played once a turn usually suck. Unless the ability is so good that if it was played more than once would disrupt the balance of the game, then it probably shouldn't be restricted to once per turn.
2. The pouncer's ability is pure garbage. Giving the pouncer a +1/+3 ability would be great if it could be played more than once. But seeing as you can only play it once and require that the opponent needs to have a flyer in play, ruins this card completely.
3. If your not playing the ability, then its a 2/1 fae for 2. With all the amazingly powerful fae's in the metagame, did we really need a piece of crap like this? I don't think so.

I have to agree with SavageBrain. Why play this when you can play other cards with abilties you can use at any time?
