It's better now with Venser, the Sojourner. You can flash it in and out to change what you want to counter. I think it has great potential in that deck.

Combined with Aether Tradewinds, this card can be a real pain. I'd play it if it were still in Standard.

This is incredibly handy if you know whats coming. Telepathy would be a good first turn play with this second turn. Or 
Duress.
