Would have been better as as instant, but it's good as it is. And it turns Tilling Treefolk into 2 discards.

Totally underrated at 4.2. This should be at least 4.5.
Alone, unlike most card, this card is already very powerful considering you can recast it over and over again as long as it's in your graveyard.
However, when this card is combined with other cards that would likely be in a discard deck, it is absolutely devastating. This card would most likely be found in a deck with good top deck discard spells such as Thoughtseize, Duress, Inquisition of Kozilek. Those cards disrupt early game combos but cannot target land cards. Raven's Crime becomes a great turn 3+ card to make your opponent discard his land cards. At which point it essentially becomes a soft-lock. The opponent will either draw into more land and have nothing to cast, or draw into a spell for which he might not have enough mana to cast.

This can wreck opponents early in the game. Problem is, if you keep pitching lands to it, it'll wreck you too. Use discretion when Retracing this spell.

Brutal card in the late game, when rescources are low, and one slip will end you. You top a land and smile, because this card turns a potentialy dead draw into an effective weapon, and may even ruin your opponent.

perfect for my discard deck since my deck only only needs 3-4 lands to run it efficiently which means that its really effective for me early game. plus yes tomb stalker becomes my best friend with all those tossed lands in my graveyard. but still first turn, dark ritual, duress, hyme to turok takes the cake.
