Ah, one of my all time favourites from way back when, and still a beast in casual today. Admittedly it's no Swords to Plowshares, but I still like to put this into white weenie decks. I've found that after the first time people have seen it eat their biggest monster, they'll generally be hesitant to attack into you with anything decent any time you have three mana up. Post-Alara, I'd love to Quickchange an opponent's Rafiq of the Many or Battlegrace Angel - "Why thank you, I will remove your only attacker from the game and gain a dozen or so life!"

This is how white removal should be done. Punishing attackers.

Personally, the art goes well with the white-border: a rare case among cards.
Another example of a "Better in white border" card by Rob Alexander is his Armageddon from Starter 1999 to 6th edition.
At least, in my opinion.
