2/2 for {3} at common is pretty good in my books, add in flying and an ability that can have potentially devastating effects on spells that target cards in the graveyard (such as reanimator effects like Rise from the Grave, or Eternal Witness) and you have a pretty decent card, also the creature subtypes are relevant as well!

not uninteresting. it is a kind of "graveyard advantage" for free. reanimator against reanimator she may be a key.

Yay good black flier, you rarely get these without an disadisfactory drawback.

Good enough to be Modern sideboard tech? Free spells are always worth a look. And hey, if you're playing Living End, you have a free hate spell that later gives you a 2/2 flyer.

She is sick in a living death or living end deck. Get a creature in the grave for free while making sure they get nothing back when you drop the sweeper.

In a deck, good enough to be maindecked. In any other deck, good enough to be sideboard.

Free, nearly uncounterable, instant speed grave-hate that doubles as a beater with evasion? Yes please.

The art is awesome, and lovely, but she's not uninteresting. She's a 2/2 flyer for 3. In black. And she can remove 2 cards from a graveyard for free if Channeled. Yep, her ability is Channel with a cost of 0. Outside of Kamigawa.
