I
rule the midnight air
The Destroyer
I
I shall soon be there
Kill en masse
I
Creep the steps and flood
Final darkness
BLOOD
Lambs blood painted door
I shall pass.

I love this card, its an oldy but stil a goody. The picture they used for 7th edition is the best and is also my favourite picture of any card in MTG.

Yes, this was the original art for the card. No, it doesn't make much sense. Magic was odd like this back in the day.

Bramblecrush can hit planeswalkers.
Creeping Mold can hit artifact creatures.
I prefer bramblecrush.

Was the art originaly for this card, or was it for another card and got reassigned? Because I don't see how this art fits with the concept of 'creeping mold'.

Naturalize is slightly less versetile, but for the cost of two mana I can go without the option to destroy an opponents expendable land.

@thewrathofshane:
This can also hit artifact creatures. It doesn't say 'noncreature artifact'. It isn't errata'ed to say that either.
Acidic Slime is much better in most situations.
