@ Guest1467942152, I use Death Pits of Rath and a friend uses it as a backup to his Sunken Hope deck. It's also generally pretty good in creature-free or -light red control decks. You could also try it wit Repercussion, Rite of Passage and anything that triggers off creatures hitting the graveyard.

The card is already fine by itself. If you want to make really good use of it, play it with cards that have the disadvantage of giving your opponent tokens, like Varchild's War-Riders. Then add Burning Sands or Dross Harvester or whatever triggers on dying creatures.

I can't think how to make this into a good deck, other than just use fatties, hey maybe deep/slumber titan, but will only untap him once.

I remember back in the day running a GR enchantress deck that used Æther Flash, Repercussion and Furnace of Rath. It was a lot of fun when it worked

I had a buddy who played this with Varchild's War-Riders and Dingus Staff. Hilarious.
