Works well with Gush, Snap, Cloud of Faeries, and Gitaxian Probe, which are all fine cards in a blue tempo deck on their own.

I think this mechanic would be really good for encouraging multicolor play in a gold-border block. I could imagine a Dimir guy doing the same thing but 'if you've played a black spell this turn.'

Two flying power in mono-Blue without a drawback for two doesn't happen. Now a 1/2 flier for two would have been pretty good.

Would probably play well at , unfortunately, this is just a bit too steep, especially considering they want you to play another spell in the same turn.

Too bad such an incredibly cute artwork was wasted on such a hardly playable creature.

Delightfully bland in every aspect. Flavor, effect, and artwork are all instantly forgettable.
