If you're not interested in paying the echo cost, that's fine. Two mana for two tokens is excellent. Two mana for two tokens plus a creature you can sacrifice to Goblin Grenade, Siege-Gang Commander (or a LOT of other cards) before next upkeep is even better.

One of the best cards to draw with a Goblin Assassin out. Expectancy is that each player will lose a creature, but you will pick your own war marshal, thus creating a third flip for just .

This card is a reference (and much more playable than) Goblin Marshal

Knucklebone Witch and Boggart Shenanigans love this guy! I highly doubt a lot of people are gonna pay the echo cost.

Yeah, this is guy is pretty much awesome. I'm not fond of Echo, but his into and out of play make it completely moot.

It's simply better than Dragon Fodder.

Nice for a vintage Goblin burn deck that needs tokens to sacrifice(Goblin Bombardment, Goblin Grenade).

Love him. Overall acts as three goblin creatures, one of which comes into play only after Mogg has left the battlefield. Its value shows through in Goblin focused decks.

Exaggerated name for a 1/1 creature but the card is great.
