Shadowmoor had a lot of color-matters stuff.
This would be VERY relevant in limited.

Plus this allows for the potential for untap abilities, especially for creatures to fragile to swing with.

But Clock, I could have swore that as long as he declares a blocker, your creature is blocked, it doesn't matter if he becomes tapped after the fact. You would have to tap him before the declare blockers phase to prevent him from tapping.

A complete bomb with Ink-Treader Nephilim, it's a fog that draws cards, it's a universal Infiltrate that, you guessed it, draws cards. In EDH it is an amazing politics card, basically, this thing brings a swift victory about half the time I play it.

It's not bad in an aggressive deck, end of turn, tap your dude.
It's not bad in defensive decks either, tap precombat.
It's not an extremely powerful card, but in limited, it's half a Twitch, and the half you want more often.

You can play this on a blocking creature to ensure that your attacker gets through. Plus, it cantrips. I liek it. 4/5.

Not bad, but you can do better.
