Painter's Servant turns all your permanents white, including lands. If you have nothing but a Painter's Servant, this, and the four lands it took to play it, this guy is a 6/6 with vigilance. Chances are it'll get much bigger.
Other than that, this card doesn't have much of a reason to exist outside of a deck with a lot of little creatures.

andd, i agree with medomai - this belongs in weenie and/or swarm decks. you'd just need to throw some extra things in, like maybe some Heaven's Gates (so you don't have to make the deck JUST white), a few Brave the elements, or maybe even one or two Pennon Blades...

Painter's Servant turns all permanents into the colour of your choice. It is be the most efficient use of this card, 6/6 at base in a normal modern deck with the two.
