They may as well recall every Shock ever printed and tear them up. There is LITERALLY no reason to ever use Shock again in any format. I despise this card.

leave Shock alone. Bolt is its big brother, but it still loves shock.

Ahhh the original 'boons'. The other four being Healing Salve,Giant Growth, Dark Ritual, and Ancestral Recall.
EVERYONE knows that recall is far too good. Bolt Went away for a year or so then in Stronghold we got 'shock'. Super frickin' whee! then a year or so later we lost Dark Ritual. Giant Growth is solid (and actually balanced vs. bolt, just not as versatile), but we lost it in M12
Healing salve, which EXACTLY counters Bolt (but is pretty lame card) we lost back in what, 8th ed?
i miss these fun little common & uncommon card... clusters? cycles? (time walk/regrowth/balance/demonic tutor (red got skipped on that one))
*sigh* things change i guess. Bolt's gone again, but now we got incinerate back... for now :(
