This is not a villain. I see no handlebar moustache or top-hat, thank you.

There's even an absense of spines. This is false advertising on all fronts.

Another fine example of the great early artwork. I only saw this card a few times, but the image has always stuck with me. It takes a lot of creativity to imagine an anti-blue villain as this alien thing. i'm surprised it was never reprinted in Fourth or Fifth Edition or Chronicles. I'd love to have one just for the art.
