I multiplayer, I love messing with people and making player B get first strike when he's attacking player C.

It's a good way to control the battle, even when you're not being attacked or attacking.

Three stars? this seems waay more like 4. A 2/2 first striker is a good deal in itself but giving everybody first strike reeeally turns the tides of some close-games thats an exellent ability

I do like goblins with first strike a lot, so I have always looked at the little guy fondly - but I don't think I considered using the Coalflinger to buff someone else's army! He gets way, way more interesting in multiplayer, I bet. The first time you give first strike to someone else's army in a chaos game would be priceless if only for the look on the defending player's face. =)

I agree. It's a great way to mess up a creature-based defensive deck. Throws the opponent off that you might give your guys first strike or not. The tension is what makes this card surprisingly fun.

this is a lot better than most people realizes. you have way less to lose when you do this, especially every turn. awesome multiplayer card

I can vouch for this being an awesome mutliplayer card. The power level is ok generally too - 2/2 first strike with situational ability for 3? Fair.

3 stars????? A 2/2 first strike for 3CMC is nice, but that activated ability is just insane. First strike to all your creatures for 1 mana and tap??? Underrated to say the least.

In multiplayer, I've always wanted to freak people out by attacking full scale, and after the first strike step ends give my guys first strike so then I tap myself out and don't deal any damage!!!
