What is the significance of the eratta that says he does not count as a defender when he attacks?

Needs flying and to cost WW1 less or so, that way it will keep opponents from attacking, and you get a fatty...another cool way is to make it a 0/7, then get +7/+0 when it loses defender

Love the flavor, love the art, love the flavor text, hate the card.

If they added flying or even replaced trample with it i'd like this card.

One of my favorite arts, but unfortunately the card is just not playable.

A 5/5 trample with no penalties would still be overcosted at 4WWW.

This is the type of card I would actually like to see get remade - not all of the spells that are great in the first place and then get a "strictly better" counterpart.
In fact, everything about him could remain the same except the casting cost. Someone mentioned 1WWW. That seems perfect. They could rename it: Resting Dune Dragon.
Too bad they can't re-use the art. Or can they?
(He could cost 3WW if he gained flying upon losing defender too.)

Wizards, I admit that he's not as amazing as the other Elder Dragons like Nicol Bolas,
but I still think you should make it an Elder Dragon Wurm, having "Elder" in its name and all.
