Shroud hurts this card, but does, as BigMac860 said, make the card fair. Garruk would abuse this card the same way he abuses the Ravnica duallands.

this is actually not that bad. sure, can't break it with land untappers, but the shroud helps with land killers.
plus, the mana of any color helps with multicolor decks.
still, if it had hexproof, it would be broken.
