A green counterspell, this along with Deathgrip served as a method to establish enemy-color hate in Alpha. This card didn't see too much outside of SB due to its situational nature, but a reusable 2 CMC counterspell, in reflection, should never have seen print...

Can black even disenchant?
I dunno, get all green and grab a Painter's Servant for extreme green control? Or get that one blue spell that changes the color word in a target's text so you can adjust it for any color and maybe Iso-Scepter it or something.

I guess it can still counter spells that can't be countered, but... not indestructible ones.

Painter's Servant makes this a hilariously powerful card, especially since green can ramp up the mana so efficiently. I'd love to see the look on an opponent's face when your green deck is countering spells for cheaper than a Cancel.
