Totally contrived. But I'm biased because I like to use Blue. Its silly, just like the River Bears. Maybe blue should have a fish with forest walk.

If it was really biased against blue, then it'd have shroud or protection from blue instants and sorceries instead of regeneration. What blue deck has any fear of regeneration? They'll just keep it tapped, unsummon it, counter it or steal it just like any other creature.
