I guess this card could pair up with cards like Wayward Angel and/or Xathrid Demon and/or Lord Of The Pit. Could boost Glaze Fiend and/or Glassdust Hulk a little as well I guess. Other than that, I can't seem to fathom any use for this card's ability.

I have this card in one of my Decks. Has lost of different uses in the right deck, and takes up a very important part in mine, even if its just creting chump blockers until i can get some big creatures on the board.

Nothing at all. Unless you have any other type of Homunculus, like Court Homunculus, Hazy Homunculus or Chameleon Colossus

An average card. Handy for making blockers since they will be dead before you need ot get rid of them, but Id still go for a card which can make stuff that stay in play.

RickMaadi179, in regard to your comment about Deathcuddles, I think he/she was talking about cards that have effects when they hit the graveyard, like Arcbound worker. But I'm not sure.

You are forgetting however that the problem with using the token with cards like Skullclamp, Gravepact and Blood Cultist is that they work best with creatures that go to the graveyard: tokens don't go to the graveyard, they simply get removed from the game. However the Sludge Strider combo is genius!

this card works quite well with tolarian acadamy and skullclamp. If you want to play mono blue then you can use master transmuter to get this guy into play.
