This is rated lower than Regress? Shameful.
I'd really like to see this cycle of cyclers make a comeback. We're stuck with Regress and Into the Roil (by itself not a bad card although) for the moment. If we got some rare in some set in the future that granted cheap cycling to cards in your hand, cards like Resounding Thunder could clean house. But that definitely won't happen in the current block.

It's not a really good card, but it's certainly still underrated, though.
It's already a bounce for three which isn't that bad. And it has an addition being a, although only rarely useable, cycling ability.

With Boomerang out of standard, this could actually gain some slight value as the cheapest any-permanent bounce card in format. Unless of course Zendikar gives us something fun.

I actually run this card in my {U}{G} oath of druids/mana ramp deck. I'm ashamed that people don't see how this is simply a splash-able boomerang with an expensive kick (at 8 esper ({W}{U}{B}) bound mana).

The concept of cycling cards that are more beneficial when cycling is intriguing, unfortunately I think that the cycling cost on these cards is a bit too overcautious. I know it was printed at a time when multicolour decks were the big thing with Jund ({R}{B}{G}), Bant ({G}{W}{U}) and Naya ({R}{G}{W}) decks running around...but really a cycling cost of {5}{W}{U}{B}??

It's Regress with a bonus. How is that even remotely bad?

For the low low price of WB+3, you can draw a card AND bounce another thing! This deal won't last forever folks, so...oh, you lost while holding this stupid thing in your hand. Still strictly better than regresss
