Interesting, but seems like a pretty generic White power-5 or greater card.

Would Ball Lightning stay in play long enough for this to resolve? I hate it when interacting effects occur simultaneously in a contradicting manner...
Anyways, froggytherock, the good thing about this card is that, first of all, it gives you an extra mana to summon whatever beastie you plan to get life from, and second, that all you need is to have one of said kind of creature on the field; you don't need to keep either casting two creature spells or having you and your opponent each cast one to gain the same amount of life. Also, the effect can be acheived through use of auras or equipment, meaning popping a Lightning Talons on a Highland Berserker would satisfy the conditions (or a Cloak and Dagger on a Blade of the Sixth Pride, if you wanted to go mono). So basically, you get mana accel for turn 3, and you also get potentially quick life gain, if used right.

This card is actually quite useful with some of the new cards that came out with ROE. Mostly Prophetic Prism makes this card ok, same goes for Mana Cylix. The life gain of this card is low, but useful if your deck has few cards with life gain. I run this over Wall of Reverence mostly for the tap add mana, but there is likely something better for the buck.

Sucks pretty much. Costing 3 mana to produce one colorless a turn later is horrible. For the same cost or cheaper you get mana artifacts, that can be used the turn they come into play and don't die that easily either.
And late in the game, when you have large creatures, you don't need to gain tiny amounts of life.

The names and abilities of Sunseed Nurturer, Gustrider Exuberant, and Exuberant Firestoker confuse me greatly.
