Bomb in limited. Hard to deal with too. Great for blue. Cool flavor too.

I think just Blue to regenerate would have been a bit too powerful for its time. BlueBlue would have been nice though.

It got nostalgia, good art, lots of flavour. It's not very powerful, but slightly above current common / uncommon fliers for 4 mana. Nice for multiplayer decks.

difficult to splash, and if you're using a bunch of counterspells it's unlikely that you're going to tap your islands to regenerate him if you're holding counters. the regeneration should've been for B instead of BBB
