There's nothing spectacular about this card, its quite ordinary, but I love it for the sheer hilarity of the art work and the concept. Its like something from the movie Jumanji.

Great old school card. At a time when Dark and Arabian were the only sets boosting 4th, this was a strong defensive player.

While its a strong-ish wall, it should have cost only 1G or 2G by today's standards. Compare with Leatherback Baloth for some lulz. And yes, I know years and colors don't make it a fair comparison.

I read this as Carnivorous Plane at first and was like "F*** YEAH HOW COOL IS THAT, SCREW IT ELDRAZI" then slowly grew more depressed
