I started playing during Kamigawa. I was in a game against an elf deck running this card. That was when I learned what tech was.

Worldwake has introduced their new set of land-animation auras, and befor that Kamigawa had theirs. These make a reusable way of dealing with that form of land attack. Also, nice art.

Interesting art, mediocre card. I don't agree it's bad, because things were different back then and hey, it's an elf.

Fits the curve well enough to hose an early Wild Growth.

This was printed in The Dark. There were enchant lands in that set... including Goblin Caves , Goblin Shrine (this was especially good against the previous) and Erosion. So this card wasn't so bad in its day.
